- Executives working hard toward different numbers
- Nobody outside the company sees your real numbers
- Growth that depends on you working more hours
- A company that crowds out the rest of your life
AfterThree months later
- One-year goals, hit in three months
- One leadership team, chasing the same few KPIs
- Experts who've pressure-tested your real numbers
- You lead like the CEO, not the busiest employee
- A company growing around the life you want

A Master Certified Coach and an Inc. 5000 founder
The human side of growth and the business side, in the same room, working on the same goals.
Kelby L. Kupersmid, MS, MCC
Co-founder · Kinetic Leadership Development
The world's youngest Master Certified Coach, the International Coaching Federation's highest credential. For 13 years, Kelby has coached leaders through their next stage of growth, from Fortune 100 boardrooms and United Nations field offices to startup founders in more than 35 countries.
He helps founders get out of their own way and build the leadership their ambition requires, so high performance lasts instead of burning them out.
David McClellan
Co-founder · Founder & CEO, Social Catfish
David started Social Catfish as a free blog about online scams and bootstrapped it into an Inc. 5000 company, one of the fastest-growing in America. Before that came car sales, insurance, a digital marketing agency, and leading SEO strategy for CNET.
David's rule for growth: to build the company you want, you have to be that leader today, not someday. It's how David lost 80 pounds, too, by living like that future self every day until the results caught up.
Founders who become the leaders their companies need tomorrow, today, and build those companies around the lives they want.
- Be that leader today.Don't wait to grow into the CEO your goals require. Lead like that person now, and the results catch up.
- Accountable in public.Say your goals out loud, in front of people who want the same thing, and report back on them.
- Growth over ego.Come to learn, not to look good. The room works because everyone is willing to be wrong.
- Push past comfortable.Every session ends in action, and every plan should stretch you.
- Live the life now.Build the business around the life you want, with good people and real adventure, instead of saving it all for later.
Big goals don't fail for lack of ambition. They fail in the weeks when nobody's watching.
Most founders set goals alone, track them in their heads, and answer only to themselves. Even when you're all in, your executive team is often playing to a different scoreboard.
What makes this different
- Real numbers, not case studies. You share your actual financials and KPIs before kickoff, so every expert session is about your business.
- Your whole team, not just you. We sit down with your executives so every leader is chasing the same KPIs, tracked automatically.
- Accountability with teeth. Twenty founders, chosen by application, know your goals, see your numbers, and expect you to deliver.
- Retreats you'll want to go to. Hard work on your business, plus the kind of fun that turns a cohort into friends.
Three months, two retreats, one aligned team
Late January to late April 2027. Both retreats are in Los Angeles, and the check-ins in between are virtual.

Most retreats end when you fly home
If you're weighing a mastermind, a retreat or an accelerator, these are the questions worth asking.

| What happens after the retreat? | You go home inspired, and the week takes over | Two check-ins and a second retreat to measure what you hit |
| Who's involved? | Just you | You and your executive team, aligned on the same KPIs |
| What do you work on? | Frameworks and other people's case studies | Your real numbers, submitted before kickoff |
| How is progress tracked? | Self-reported, if at all | KPIs that update automatically |
| What's the goal? | Learn something and feel motivated | Hit your one-year goals in three months |
| Who's in the room? | Whoever bought a ticket | 20 founders and CEOs, chosen by application |

Questions founders ask
Who is this for?
Founders and CEOs who want to be pushed. If you're ready to set ambitious goals, share your real numbers, and be accountable in front of peers who want the same thing, it's built for you.
How long is each retreat, and do I need to live in LA?
Each retreat is two to two and a half days over a weekend in Los Angeles, so you fly in for both. The check-ins in between are virtual. Expect real work on your business and time that's genuinely fun.
What if I can't make a specific weekend?
Each retreat runs on two back-to-back weekends, in January and again in April. Pick the one that works for you. Each check-in is offered at 8am and 4pm Pacific.
Do I really have to share my real numbers?
Yes. Advice built on someone else's numbers won't move yours. What you share stays confidential.
How involved is my executive team?
We meet with your executive team to align everyone on the same goals and KPIs, then set up tracking that updates automatically. Your team stays focused on the work, not on status reports.
How do installments work?
Pay in full or in four equal payments: $750 at the early bird price, or $1,250 at the standard price. Enroll by December 23 to lock in $3,000.
